“Passion cannot be taught, it is that drive that births new ideas and conceptualizes realities you’d never imagine.”
Tiffany Lo
I’m a Director of Product with experience building and scaling mission-driven platforms in nonprofit and early-stage environments. I set product direction, establish operating practices, and guide teams through ambiguous problem spaces where speed, safety, and user trust must coexist.
Currently, I lead product for Aya Contigo at Vitala Global Foundation — a privacy-first digital health platform serving 20,000+ users across Latin America and the United States. I own product vision, roadmap, and strategy, with a focus on ethical AI use in sensitive and restrictive contexts. My work includes establishing governance frameworks that reduce misinformation risk, designing for scale beyond 100K users, and partnering with 100+ community and healthcare organizations to strengthen trusted care networks.
Before Vitala, I led product at EverDriven, where I shipped automation that reclaimed $500K in market share and reduced operational inefficiencies in compliant student transportation services. I also served as Executive Director and Tech Lead at CHAYN, a global NGO supporting survivors of gender-based violence, where I built product and technology strategy in a founder-level capacity.
My background includes product leadership in legal tech, healthcare systems, and education technology. I advise startups and nonprofits on product strategy, ethical AI adoption, and technology enablement in regulated or resource-constrained spaces. I also serve as a Board Member at KenCCID, a nonprofit supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, where I advise on technology strategy and digital safety.
I’m based in Thornton, Colorado.
